I had gum grafting done across my front teeth, performed by Dr. Nazeman and assisted by Lailani. My whole experience at VIP has been incredible, the presurgical evaluation was thorough, costs/financials were clear and up front, and the actual surgery was very smooth. After the local anesthetic (which also wasn't too bad) the procedure was entirely painless.

Very informative, and caring about your needs. Dr. O'Hara was very patient and let me know all the options we had to proceed with my care. She even said she would call my dentist to make the best action plan for my dental care needs. The expense planning was well explained and broken down very well for me. I highly recommend them for your surgical dental needs.

I was a little nervous For my dental procedure. When I got there, Dr. Chen assistant, “Jasmin” made me feel at ease and explained everything to me, detailed by detail by the end of our conversation I felt calm and ready for the procedure. The procedure was quick and I was very happy with the outcome. Doctor Chen is very good at what he does and he knows his stuff. My whole experience with Dr. Chen‘s team was outstanding service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Honestly, just the best!!

Dr Chen and his entire team are the best. They were patient with my questions before surgery, were clear about payment options, provided me with a detailed checklist and instructions before and after surgery and checked in with me see if I have any questions or problems post-surgery. His team was highly recommended by my dentist and I am so glad I came to them. They exceeded expectations and I am so grateful to have them be part of my life.

The warm greeting of the receptionist Hillary, began my visit. Jackie was gentle in her cleaning and very friendly. She is diligent to address any problem areas under “watch”. This is a wonderful staff! I have been a patient for many years and look forward to my dental visits.
